O.K. If I read it correctly, one of the Webbnet pages said that they did not use Identd.
Their FAQ was not what I was looking for. I'll see if Chatzilla has any HELP of its own
built in, to see about stuff like designating a session "handle."
Was yesterday's online Help Desk session typical ? I sort of expected to find someone being
walked through a problem's solution, step by step. That was . . . uhm . . . rather
detached, slow-paced, oblique. Fine for casual conversation, maybe not the best bet for
getting things done. Then again, it's hard to get a valid impression from one brief visit.
