In one partition (for example) I have a Directory called

  \Test\Latest Updates

ZTree works with it just fine. But I have discovered that I cannot cd
down to it from an OS/2 command line session. The result is a
"Specification Not Found" error. Graham's GCDPROG (similar to the old
Norton Change Directory) utility can't get there either. However,
4OS2 has no such problem. What gives ? Is there command line access
to such a Directory, other than via 4OS2 ? I have some other
Directories that are longer than this, with compound names, and more
levels deep.
