I was having trouble with my printer, and I solved the problem by deleting
and reinstalling the printer object.
Now, when I open a word processor or a browser, I have two instances of my
printer listed.
I checked the Printer Properties, but there is only one icon representing
that printer.
Somewhere there is another icon or file that needs to be deleted, but I
can't find it.
Can someone point me in the direction where I should look?
Thanks,
Sandy
