Hi Steven,

To date, I never managed to find out what is chewing up a default 5 %
- 8 % of CPU usage
(according to the cpu monitor in the CAD status bar) in ECS. My
Startup roster should be
identical to that of the W4 / FP-9 partition. CAD is presnet in both,
so it should not be that.
Unless the cpu meter's report itself is suspect, I can't see what the
culprit might be.

Below is the report from TOP. If the answer is here, I'm afraid it
doesn't jump out at me.

Is there some other measurement I should take ?
