No it requires an ISO charset.  A charset is not a font, although some 
fonts will implement the full 8859-1 charset. 
That said, NS2.02 should be able to render 8859-1 for the installed OS/2 
fonts.  You might need to switch to codepage 850. 
As always, Google is your friend: 
  iso-8859-1 font 
will provide more details. 
I would expect that MS Web fonts at Hobbes should implement the full 
8859-1 charset.
