Hello everbody
I am very disappointed about IBM's very primitive behavior !

Before Xmas I went to the SWC website and got a message that
my SWC shall expire shortly !?
Nonsense, was my idea because my 2 years subscription was
renewed in August 2001 and therefor I wrote to the e-mail address
given from SWC on December 22nd, 2002 asking for assistance
that I do not want to loose my not expired subscription !

Early January the worst happened: Accessing SWC I was told that
my subscription has expired !! After only a year and some month
they did CUT OFF without any pre-information !!
They know where to get and send orders ...
... they know where to cash the bucks ...
... but they do not know how to handle CRM !!!

I am calling this IBM's e-Cheating rather than advanced
e-Business !!!

I didn't hear from them and got a hint to place a complaint to
IBM
Danmark, where I got my package delivered from.

Since I did not hear anything from the SWC crew till Januar 10th
I wrote a harnished facsimile complaint to IBM, Danmark and also
got NO reaction !!

On January 15th I wrote one more complaint an address, called
nssocart, given from the IBM directories ...
... and again, well only 3 days now: I have no response yet ;-(((

3 times a complaint but 3 times absolutely no reaction from IBM
!!!

Has anybody of you faced something like this too ?
I would like to hear before I write to a person I knew in the
environment from L. Gerstner !

Have a nice time !
svobi
