How did you search? Try using PMSEEK.EXE. The standard search via the
magnifying glass icon on the Warpcenter is looking at object names (the
name in the "Icon" tab). What MR2ICE is looking for is the name in the
Program tab of the properties notebook.
If you add the following to your CONFIG.SYS, PMSEEK will be the default
search program:
SET SCFINDUTILITY=x:\OS2\APPS\PMSEEK.EXE
Replace x: with your boot drive letter

My copy of Mozilla 1.3a has a length of 121245 bytes. There are 17 MB
worth of .DLL files also in the Mozilla directory tree! You can't go by
the size of the original executable.
