Who me?
The TCP/IP Configuration object is just a GUI editor for the settings
files that control the TCP/IP settings. The ones that matter most are:
\config.sys
\ibmcom\protocol.ini
\mptn\etc\dhchcd.cfg
\mptn\bin\setup.cmd
\mptn\etc\resolv
\mptn\etc\resolv2
For diagnostics, I always ask to see:
\ibmcom\lantran.log
These are all text files, so they are easy to view with your favorite
editor.
If one is going to compare settings across machines or partitions, these
are files that matter.
