I am not familiar with any.  Maybe someone else might be.  You might   
join the OS2Hardware mailing list on Yahoo.  That question comes up all   
the time and several recommendations are usually made.  I could name   
some brands but without the model - not all boards from a manufacture   
work well - it would not be much help.  I only know the board I'm   
using.  All of the other computers that I have built were AT style.    
This is the first one that is ATX.

My usual recommendation is no on-board stuff.  Mainly because there is a   
possibility that a unit may go bad and it takes the board with it.    
Meaning that part can't be isolated by the BIOS and the board now in   
unusable.  I don't know how much of a risk that is though.  This is my   
first MB with on-board anything so I don't have much experience on the   
matter yet.  
 
On the other hand if there are drivers then on-board items mean less   
outlay at the outset.  If and improved technology becomes popular (such   
as all NICs becomming 1Gb) simply turn off the on-board unit and install   
an expansion unit.
