If you are responding to someone asking for help who

It's the TCP/IP Configuration object. That's where
you can compare things like IP address, routers,
domain name servers, etc.
If you want to invoke TCP/IP configuration from a
command line, it depends on what version of OS/2 or
eCS you have.
If you have plain Warp 4, it's TCPCFG. If you have
the Convenience Packs or eComStation, it's TCPCFG2.
Steven may have some other ideas.
