I created a two-page PS file with my trusty old Wordstar. If I convert
with Distiller I get a two page PDF file.

If I open in GSView I see only page 1. If I select Forward to advance
to page 2, I get an error beep.

Why does GSView not see page 2 and what can be done about it?
