Yes, it does! I consistently get about 1190 kbps downloading and 234
kbps uploading, according to speed tests run from tools provided at
www.dlsreports.com. The only thing I cannot (yet) do with Netscape is
send/receive E-Mail. When I try to connect, I get the message that my ID
and/or password is not correct.
I created a new user on Netscape specifically for the DSL service. I
entered the data into the preferences for the incoming and outgoing
mail. I used the same data that I put into Outlook on the Windows
machines. I double checked the incoming/outgoing mail servers on the sbc
website. But no luck with Netscape
