1) If this is your first emx install (or if your old install was in a
different directory), did you reboot so the new path and libpath would
be recognized?
2) If you run any other emx-based program do you also get a SYS1804?
3) What happens if you run convert.exe from your G:\emx\bin\ and again
from your G:\emx\dll\ directories? (This test will be successful if
your CONFIG.SYS PATH or LIBPATH has spelling errors or syntax errors . .
. unless both statements have errors.)
