You can't fix it. I'm assuming you had problems downloading from the
first site on the list of mirrors. The site is misconfigured. The site
tags the RAR file as text/plain. Since Mozilla handles this type
internally, there's nothing to override.

A message to the webmaster informing them of the error might get it fixed.
