I have applications in my Startup folder which don't always start. They
are network apps and, as near as I can figure, do start but immediately
close if the network isn't working yet (i.e. if TCP/IP Startup hasn't
completed yet due to a network delay).
What are the four applications that won't start? Do they require a
network connection?
Your DDNS Configuration and TCP/IP Startup also don't start, yes?
As a test you can add an additional program shadow to your Startup
folder and reboot to see if this new program will start. If it does,
just reshadow the other apps and they might start working again.
