Not necessarily. Ken is using the default value (I use the default
value also).
SET RESTARTOBJECTS= determines what objects which were open during the
previous shutdown are restarted.
-- Defaults to YES.
-- Valid values are NO, YES (the default), STARTUPFOLDERSONLY and
REBOOTONLY.
-- STARTUPFOLDERSONLY starts objects in the Startup folder but not
objects that were open at the time of the previous shutdown.
-- REBOOTONLY starts objects only when the computer is turned on or the
Workplace Shell is started with a Ctrl+Alt+Del.
