You can try a couple of your old email addresses. Send a message to:

steward@scoug.com

with the commands:

unsubscribe scoug-help address@domain
end

This form may not be available to you. If so, e-mail rollin at
sundialsystems. He's still the webmaster.

You can get a list of the steward commands with:

help
end
