Duplicate messages can sometimes be caused by server failure at your ISP
(didn't DEL) or an interrupted message download, as well as multiple
subscriptions. So, . . .

1) When did this problem start? Does it happen on any non-SCOUG
messages? Does it happen on *all* SCOUG messages?

2) IMPORTANT: Check the header's Message-ID: line to see if the message
id's are the same or different in the two messages. This information is
critical to resolving the problem because it shows whether the list
server sent two different copies or not.

3) Carefully compare the headers (especially the Received: lines) to see
if you have a second redirected email address.

Do the above and holler back with the results.

You should not contact the "list owner" until you've done the above and
are sure you are actually subscribed twice.
