That was helpful... looks like ActionTec and US Robotics are about the only
internal modem choices.

I'm not sure what Golden Compass is.
I'm on CIS ver 2.0.3, dated way back in 1995. Seems to me I kept this
because it was the only way I could get to the internet at the time, and
they wanted a higher monthly fee to go to something newer that would access
them via the internet, or the new software didn't support OS/2, I can't
remember which.
I keep thinking I should drop my Compuserve subscription, maybe this will
provide the impetus to make the break.
