Have Ecom 1.1 installed on both the C (main) and D (maintenance) drives. Then added CD-Record on C drive. Tried to create a data CD of the C drive. When trying to
create the image, there was an error message similar to " Check the settings of -graft-points." After running image routine , it would end with "Error in creating image" It
gave the impression that the size of he input data was too large. We tried eliminating what we thought were shadow folders to reduce the size. In doing so, we may have
actually deleted the real thing. Another CD-Record shadow was created and started fresh and this time we tried to make a CD of programs. After each program was
dragged into the CD-Record form, "test size" was run. Each time it worked properly until it read 30,900,000 bytes. Any additional material would bring up the -graft-point
error message.

At this point we found that we had lost our internet connection. In comparing the Internet folders on the C and D drives we found the the folder" IBM Internet Service" was
missing from the C drive. Then other things began to happen - access to some programs was lost and icons began to disappear. After several reboots between the C
and D drives, the C drive lost its desktop.

The big question is, how do we reestablish the desktop and the lost folders without having to reinstall Ecom 1.1 and losing the connections to existing programs.

TIA

Louis W. Pinckert, S.M.
