svobī,

I did first register at the ECommerceStation website. I followed the prompts for registering my copy of ECS 1.1 (never owned or registered ECS 1.0, owned a copy of ECS 1.1, never registered it, etc.), I selected a UserID and Password for myself and then hit the submit button. Five minutes later I got an (automatic, I guess) E-mail back with all my registration information. It was the same UserID and Password that I selected. It had the same and that came with my software (on the website I only input the first 10 digits of the .

I spite of all of this I have not been able to subsequently log on at the website. It says that I must first register as an owner. An it won't allow me to re-register. That's the problem.

Hi Gary and Harry
Are you trying to logon to eComstation with your eCS data ???
If yes, it will not work !!!

First you need to register at eComStation with your personal
registration ie Gary / Harry plus a PWD.
With this personal registering done successfull (& perhaps confirmed)
you can login with your respective User-ID & PWD ...
... and then do your eCS registration going to Registration Wizard !!!

HTH, good luck and have a nice Sunday, svobī

I just tried to log in and was still rejected as not registered. I
registered
on March 31 and Harry registered at about the same time or a day later.
Somewhere along the line, they have lost at least two registrations. I
haven't
-- yet -- tried to re-register. Depending on the type of glitch, I
would
expect to either be successful or to be rejected as already registered.

Any thoughts on whether I should pursue a re-registration?
