How do you think this will help? Kim has been out of the country for
close to a year. This has been mentioned more than a few times on this
list and elsewhere.

What do you expect? 24x7 support? A perfect product? You've been on
this list long enough to have seen many posts regarding eCS. Hopefully
you have not ignored all of them. Not every install is 100% percent
smooth, but the issues do get resolved. From what I can tell, few if any,
users choose to return to Warp4 after getting their eCS setups stabilized.

Let's see what becomes of your problem next week when the Mensys folks are
back in the office.
