I tried uppercase, but it didn't make any difference. I still get a 
sys3175 error. But if no instance of Mozilla is running, the script runs 
fine.

I don't know what the gcc DLLs are. I ran a program called: 
libc-05.1.exe that installed something in the x:\os2\dll subdirectory. 
I can copy them directly to the thunderbird directory if I know which ones 
to copy.
