OK, Peter, I don't mind like this ;-)
I know from another Mailing List, that they had to stop test messages =
because they became too many and disturbant ;-(
On the other hand: Testing something special one should create =
a better subject than TEST od TTEST only !?
This would be much better ;-))

Sometimes it's a problem that only occurs on a specific list, so of
course you need to test on that list. The mailing list's server might
be down, or its DNS scrambled, or it might be sending out duplicate
copies if it never receives back an OK after send.
