As in OS/2 user I am helpless in WindowsLand. However I have become
the IT manager for my 12-year-old daughter's TP running Win98SE, which
regularly freezes when she runs IE 6 or MSWord. Mouse and keyboard
nonresponsive, have to reboot.
I'm trying to educate myself to meet my new IT management responsibilities
and so would appreciate pointers to any resources to diagnose this fault
and come up with a solution.
