Hard to say. Remind me exactly what SCSI hardware you have installed in
the problem child. The problem could be any of the usual suspects: HBA,
drive, cable, terminator, power, etc.

Possible. for u160, the bus speed is 80Mbytes/sec and the bus is 16 bits
wide. That's where the 160 designation comes from.
