This should be covered in the BIOS users manual. These are the settings
for wake up from power save shutdowns and stuff like that.

You have a bad piece of hardware. The HBA seems to be a possibility, but
I would not rule out a MB problem.

None, really. The one thing you might try is to reset the BIOS to the low
performance settings. I doubt it will help, but it is worth a try. If
nothing else, it is evidence.
