Since you are sure you have the fixed version installed, I suspect you  
have a problem with your HELP variable.  newview.exe uses this to find  
newview.hlp.  It's either that you did not really replace the broken  
newview.exe.  
 
You want:  
 
 4-10-04  12:15         543,950           0  NewView.exe  
 4-10-04  12:16          27,164           0  NewView.hlp
