I think they're both needed. One of them has USBPRT as an argument, and
while I can't remeber off the top of my head what I needed that for, I do
remember that I had to put a separate one in startup.

It's already there - same version as the netlabs one.

OK. I'll try it, though now that I've got cbenable in there, it should
prevent pcmcia.sys from powering down.

Yep, same results.
