Colin,
MVS is only a 'dog' from the perspective of a VM bigot.
MVS bigots within IBM gave VM a hard time and tried to kill
it over and over. Maybe they finally did!
Since I became an OS/2 bigot I have not looked back at VM.
Well, I still use Kedit 'cause it is a clone of Xedit.
But then I'd still be using SOAP if I could.
I don't think MVS bigots are 'dogs', they are just
MVS bigots.
