It ain't easy. About an hour each way, which has
varied somewhat over the course of our various meeting
sites since IBM in Costa Mesa, when I started. I'm
sure that doesn't make me THE long distance commuter
(Ray is in Apple Valley, I think), but maybe third

O.K., but remember the maximum distance angle. They
may have built a DSL facility closer to you, since the
last time you checked 3 years ago.

Go figure. When a company is really lousy at one
thing they offer, I'm not too inclined to find out how
good they may be at anything else they do.

That's what I've been paying for the DSL for the 5
years I've had it. This new pkg. is supposed to be
$19.95 for a one-year (fresh) committment, and I think
it can go up ten bucks after that. Still way better
than what I had been paying, for much less of a
service.
