Subject: SCOUG-Help: Bouncing yahoogroups email

Content Type: text/plain

Several times in the past week yahoo has stopped
sending me email from the yahoogroups lists.
Yahoo says they get this reply (from my ISP?):

Last Bounced Message
Remote host said: 550 This system is configured to reject
mail from n23.bulk.scd.yahoo.com
(Host blacklisted in bl.spamcop.net) [MAIL_FROM]

To a naive person like me it appears my ISP or some agent
of my ISP is rejecting yahoogroups email.
I disapprove of this.
Would some kind soul enlighten me?
Thank you.
Jerry
