It may not solve all your problems, but it will definitely fix this one

I recommend you use Michal's version that Doug pointed you too.

It's basically an unzip. If you want sample 4os2.ini and aliases, just
ask.

TC is basically a GUI-ized 4OS2.

Let's see. First install unzip. I assume you have downloaded it. The
unzip 4os2 to a directory. (gd&rfc)

What I do is install everthing to \Apps\4os2 and then move 4os2.exe and
shralias to \usr\bin which in the PATH and jpos2dll to \usr\dll which is
in LIBPATH. I don't need the other executables in PATH.
