The following lines now REMed out:
start /min ddnsaps.cmd
start /min dhcpscps.cmd
start /min binlscps.cmd
Since all three of these seem to start java, I think that;s where the
extra cmd.exe windows came from, too!
Will have to wait for a re-boot to fully confirm, but I'm sur all is solved.
