Subject: SCOUG-Help: What Keeps Turning Moz OFFLINE ?

Hi Steven,

That works.

In my experience, the problem is quite predictable. If I shut down the
computer without exiting Mozilla, it always reopens in "offline" mode. I
had been exiting Mozilla before shutting down to prevent this from
happening.

Now that I have created the "user.js" file that you recommended, I can
leave Mozilla running when I shut down, and the next time it reopens
properly.

Thanks,
Sandy
