This is often a cookie issue.

This is port number to be tacked on to the URL as in

http://192.168.0.1:8080

If this were my problem, I would run iptrace and look for differences in
input and output. Using

<http://home.earthlink.net/~steve53/os2diags/IPFormatToText.zip>

to convert the text data to a more readable layout is recommended.
