Subject: SCOUG-Help: Netscape problem

Yes, I'm still using Netscape 4.61. "If it ain't broke, don't fix
it."

But now maybe it is broke. Some days when I go to web sites (e.g. my
homeowners associaton site or Yahoo! group sites), the opening page
displays fine; but any succeeding page from the initial one doesn't
display. With Yahoo! pages, the Yahoo! banner across the top
appears but none of the page content. In the process, Netscape
reports download activity and "Document done", then the Warp Center
"activity meter" pulsates at the bottom of the scale but nothing
materializes.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Any idea what may be
causing it--or better yet, how to cure it?

This is on my somewhat-aging, home-built computer: Enterprise IV
EISA VLB motherboard, AMD Am486DX4 processor, OS/2 Warp IV with last
convenience pack upgrade, 64M RAM, Cardex COBRA ET4000-W32i video
card.
