I'm a properly-set clock fanatic (to the consternation
of at least one other SCOUG member, hiya Steven).
According to this article:
http://edition.cnn.com/2005/TECH/08/08/daylight.saving.ap/index.html
there will be a new start and stop date for Daylight Saving
beginning in 2007.
Can someone point me at the "proper" mail list or newsgroup
where I can ask OS/2-related questions about this change?
For example, I've never fully understood if OS/2 itself
uses the SET TZ= value, or if the TZ value is instead only
used by some applications.
Thanks,
- Peter
