IIRC, v2.11 included makedisk.cmd and makedisk.bat.

Note to the OP. If you are trying to install v2.11 anything resembling
modern hardware, you will need to follow the procedures to update the
install diskettes with drivers capable of operating the hardware. The
v2.11 CD was manufactured a long time ago and hardware has changed a lot.
