To me it's clear that both drivers claim to be loading. This can be
confirmed with the Hardware Manager, rmview or worst case, Theseus.

Slot is the encoded version of what pce.exe would reports as:

Bus 2 (PCI), Device Number 9, Device Function 0

Unlikely. However, it is possible that the Peer install is getting
confused because there are two NIC.

This is true, but the Peer installer is the same IBM code as it always has
been.
