What is ECSMT?
WGet ("WebGet") is command line. Almost certainly, any program which
calls it simply looks along the path until it finds wget.exe. You can
download WGet from Hobbes or from the developer's site. Just download
it, unzip it, put it on your path and it's likely you'll be okay.
