Subject:	SCOUG-Help: NSPR4.DLL Mystery...?

Sometimes when I click on a link in Thunderbird, the link opens in
Firefox but an error message appears, saying "Couldn't find NSPR4.DLL.
Probably unsupported browser". Sometimes I can close the error box and
continue, other times the screen is frozen and I have to reboot. Can
anyone tell me what might be wrong and how i can fix it?
