I need help with a printer problem. I have three documents that I cannot
easily reproduce sitting in my spool file HPLaserJ pointer at SPL1.
Things were printing fine until I had a paper jam. I fixed the jam and
reset the printer. Now the printer box shows "Status: 3 job(3) -
Processing held." I cannot get the printer to print. I have reset the
printer, rebooted my computer, reset my router, but nothing works. I can
ping the address in SPL1. Anyone -- any suggestions?
Martin Rosenfeld
