DUL = dial up line. Most ISPs list all dial-up-lines and DSL lines the same.

I think Peter should change the way he sends email, he would have fewer
problems getting his email delivered.

Change your ISP. If they will not stop filtering your email you need to change
ISPs. My ISP allows each user to control filtering, I have all my ISPs
filtering truned off.
