Aw, gee, time for clarification. This happened almost a year ago now
with the original eCS CD's from our group buy. There is something in
the .TXT file that came with the Media Refresh that seems to say the
monitor install criteria have been changed. I figured that might fix my
problem, or I'd have installed it separately.

I'll keep an eye on it when I do the upgrade, and if it isn't there,
I'll complain.
