He may have had is OS's confused.
The code is pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, the windowing code is
specific to X, so porting it is probably more work than I'm willing to
take on at the moment. Perhaps someone has already done it.
Basically, plugger is a generic plugin interface with a control file that
tells it how to start the media players. It appears to have enough smarts
to position the app window so that it is properly positioned within the
browser window.
