Nope. Just a whole lot of observations (on TWO
platforms -- and that's hardly something I'd call a
coincidence !), plus an assortment of similar reports
from other users. Yeah, that falls into the
"anecdotal" category. BUT: *Something* is definitely
up here, and it ain't any mistake I'm making in my
usage of the browser, which is the same as it ever
was. I'm also quite certain that I never saw this
errant behavior in versions like 1.4 or 1.5 --
probably not at all until the 1.7 family. I've never
used the 1.8 Betas (or are they still Alphas ?), so I
can't comment in regard to them.
