Subject:	SCOUG-Help: Switch to another application

In OS/2 Warp, there is a button at the top" Switch to another
application." This is also helpful when "killing" a program.

In eCS, I don't see any such button, nor is there a reference to switching
in the help index. I am sure there must be a way to enable this feature,
and I wonder if someone could help me figure out how to do it.
