Got it. I unzipped the file and put it into a directory called C:\JPARTS and
changed the CLASSPATH statement in my CONFIG.SYS to include the money file.
(as in ...;C:\JPARTS\HotJavaBean.jar;). That didn't work (but read on...).

However, I changed the program object so that the program was
C:\JAVA11\BIN\JRE.EXE, and the parameters read:
-mx32m -cp C:\POLARBAR\polarbar.zip;C:\JPARTS\HOTJAVABEAN.JAR;
org.polarbar.mailer
with C:\POLARBAR as the working directory and that seemed to work, sort of.
The error went away but the appearance of the message reading window changed,
namely my assigned colors for the window and text went away. I went into the
color tool and could change the font size and type but not the window and text
color. I prefer reading yellow on blue and it insists on black on white.
What have I done? At this point, I can deal with acknowledging an error that
appeared out of nowhere and seemed to have little effect, or remove the error
and lose some program functionality. Any chance of retaining both
functionality and freedom from error?
