I have a Tyan Thunder S2895 K8WE which has an NVIDIA nForce 4 chipset.
While I have not spent the time to get this fully working, I am using
the GENMAC wrapper for the nForce 4 1000/100/10 NICs on the motherboard,
and it DOES work to access the net.
YMMV
